Our cooperation with clients is built on principles of trust and transparency, which is also reflected in our financial policy. The standard practice in the legal field, which we adhere to, is working on the basis of an advance payment, or a retainer. This is because a lawyer's work begins long before the final result and requires a significant investment of time and resources from the very beginning.
The advance payment, the amount of which is agreed upon individually, covers the initial stage of work: a detailed study of the case, analysis of documents, development of a legal position, and preparation of the first procedural documents. It also serves as a guarantee that our specialists reserve their time and resources for your case. Subsequent payments may be made in stages, tied to specific milestones (e.g., before filing an appeal) or billed monthly for ongoing support.
The option of full payment after services are rendered is not practiced in our firm. In some categories of cases, the agreement may include a 'success fee' clause, but this is an additional reward for achieving a positive outcome and does not replace the main payment for the work performed. All financial terms are detailed in the agreement to ensure complete clarity for both parties.
